What are credits?
Credits are the in-app currency for Goalmatic. They get consumed whenever your flows, agents, or tables make an AI request or call an external paid API. Different actions cost different amounts — a simple text completion costs less than a long document analysis.

Do credits expire?+
Credits included in a paid plan reset at the start of each billing cycle. Credits you buy as a one-off top-up don't expire with the cycle — they stay in your balance until you use them.
Do I need a subscription to buy credits?+
No. You can stay on the free plan and just buy a credit pack whenever you need more usage. There is no recurring charge.
How much does each action cost?+
Cost varies by action. Short AI completions cost a fraction of a credit, while longer document analyses or paid integrations cost more. You can see exact usage in Settings → Billing.
How do I pay?+
Checkout is handled by Paystack (NGN) or Stripe (USD). We accept cards, bank transfers, and other local methods depending on your region.
Can I get a refund?+
All credit purchases are final — we don't offer refunds. Topped-up credits never expire though, so they'll be there whenever you're ready to use them.
